| This is a very nice and relaxing tape with a 30-minute guided imagery meditation on each side. Suzie's voice is very soothing and peaceful and you really feel refreshed and relaxed at the end. I like that it has the same meditation on each side; so when you finish one side it is already cued up for the next time--no need to rewind it. There is also a CD version of this tape.

I first heard this at my yoga class and liked it so much that I asked my instructor for the name of the CD and immediately bought one for myself to use at home.

| This CD is a compilation of 13 songs by Windham Hill new-age artists such as William Ackerman, Michael Hedges, Nightnoise and Yanni. It is a nice, relaxing accompaniment to a yoga routine, although I find that the songs are very enjoyable to listen to and so can distract the mind from concentrating on the postures and breath rather than remaining as a background.
